Federow Development has been building quality homes since 2008.
Federow Development is more than a home builder. We’re your neighbors. And we’ll treat you as such. We take care and pride in each home we build. We imagine that we’re building it for our own family. We add details and touches we would want to see if we were building a new home for ourselves. For example, we use all foam insulation as a standard build to provide you with the most energy efficient home on the block, as verified by our customer’s low energy bills. We use an energy efficient instantaneous hot water heater so that you never run out of hot water. You will also never find metal floor grates in a Federow home (unless you specifically ask for it!). The moldings are substantial and fit with the home. Those are just some of the details that make the difference between a new house and a home that could be your forever home.
The Team
Garrett brings over 20 years of experience in custom audio visual design and installation, as well as extensive experience with computer engineering/networking, to Federow Development. His attention to detail, creativity, and pride in craftsmanship reflects in the high quality homes that he’s built. Garrett prides himself on providing stellar customer services to his current and former customers. Garrett holds a BS in Computer Engineering Technology from Northeastern University. A lifelong Needham resident, Garrett resides in Needham with his family.
Walter bring overs 30 years of experience in the auto body business as the former owner of Suburban Auto Body. Also known as Wally, he prides himself on building high quality homes with his son Garrett. Wally has been a Needham resident for over 30 years and splits his time between Needham and the cape with his wife.
