The Team
Federow Development (or Garrett and Wally) is a Father-Son team who have spent most of their lives in Needham. Garrett pulls from his background in engineering, computer networking and custom AV solutions, while Wally brings his experience in automobile repair, to focus on the details of construction. Sara, Garrett’s wife, completes the team with her background in marketing and is a licensed real estate agent.
My wife and I could not be more happy with our new home and the whole experience during construction. Garrett, Sara and the team around them are incredible. They take tremendous pride in their work, they’re personable and just absolute pros at what they do. I’d strongly recommend them to anyone considering a new build or major renovation.
